AC Milan Partner With MonkeyLeague To Create Football eSports On Solana

World famous football team, AC Milan, has announced a unique partnership with MonkeyLeague, the next-gen web3 esports game. The new partnership will see AC Milan join the Solana-based AAA-quality MonkeyLeague game as the Italian football giant’s official NFT partner. Significantly, users can now find AC Milan branded NFT game assets, wearables, special game tournaments, co-marketing events, players testing the game, and much more in the MonkeyLeage ecosystem.

The new partnership with MonkeyLeague is part of AC Milan’s broader vision to establish a presence in the web3 space. The club is working with industry experts to create unique digital experiences for its vast fanbase that will give them new ways to the historic club.

Established in 1899 in Milan, Italy, AC Milan (officially Associazione Calcio Milan) is one of the world’s biggest and most famous football clubs. Last year, the team won Serie A, Italy’s biggest football league trophy. Now, the 123-year-old club is looking at ways to use the power of web3 and blockchain technology!

Official AC Milan NFT assets in the MonkeyLeague game!

MonkeyLeague will launch a range of AC Milan NFT game assets as part of this new deal. This includes new MonkeyPlayers, skins, and stadiums.

Significantly, some AC Milan MonkeyPlayers will come with physical AC Milan jerseys signed by the football club. The exclusive batch of NFTs will be available via auction on the NFT marketplace, MagicEden, very soon!

What is MonkeyLeague?

MonkeyLeague is a strategy-based web3 football game. Users create and build a dream team consisting of MonkeyPlayer NFTs (at least six). Choose the best players to suit your tactics, with goalkeeper, defender, midfielders, and strikers available.

In-game, you play against real players and compete in a league. The better you do, the more in-game currency, called MonkeyBucks ($MBS), you earn.

AC Milan will also sponsor several future MonkeyLeague high-profile tournaments. Players from around the world will compete for amazing exclusive rewards.

There will also be some incredible promotions along the way for MonkeyLeague players. Vip match tickets to AC Milan’s iconic San Siro Stadium signed memorabilia, and much more will be on offer, thanks to the new partnership!
